Hitman: World of Assassination – Elusive Target: Eminem vs. Slim Shady (December 2025)

IO Interactive is expanding Hitman: World of Assassination with a new limited-time event featuring the artist Eminem. From December 1 to December 31, 2025, Agent 47 will undertake a special mission to eliminate Eminem, who will also appear as his alter ego, Slim Shady. The “Eminem vs. Slim Shady’s Elusive Target” mission is described as a “wild fever dream” and a “fun metapuzzle” offering multiple endings, each uniquely reflecting Slim Shady’s mythology. This collaboration unfolds within a reimagined medical center on Hokkaido, transformed into the Popsomp Hills Asylum. The mission incorporates psychological depth and dreamlike elements that mirror Slim Shady’s fractured persona. During this event period, players can unlock “The Chainsaw Duck” by completing either “The Reflection Elusive Target” mission or “The Antithesis Arcade” mission, provided their IOI account is linked. The latest season for Hitman: World of Assassination is titled “Season of Eminem vs Slim Shady.” This season introduces a Celebrity Elusive Target, new challenges, featured contracts, and additional content.

Hitman’s Eminem vs Slim Shady Mission (December 2025) – DLC Pack Available

Additionally, a new DLC pack, the “Eminem vs Slim Shady Pack,” will be available across all platforms for $4.99. This pack includes the “Antithesis Arcade” contract, the “MC Fit,” the “Prank Pistol,” “Mr. Chainsaw Jr.,” “Jar of Moms Spaghetti Sauce,” and four Freelancer safehouse cosmetic items inspired by the Elusive Target mission. The rapper Eminem becomes the fugitive target, available for free from December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The mission, titled “Eminem vs Slim Shady,” tasks Agent 47 with resolving the conflict between Eminem and his alter ego, Slim Shady. This collaboration, supervised by creative director Paul Rosenberg, sets the mission within a medical facility in Hokkaido, transformed into the Popsomp Hills Asylum. Eminem commented on the collaboration: “I tried to put Slim to rest, but he keeps coming back. This time, I called in a professional to take care of it once and for all. We have some surprises in store for everyone… It’s a legendary battle.”
