Koshi Nakanishi, director of Resident Evil Requiem, announced upcoming content for the game on Tuesday, March 10th, via a video posted to Capcom and Resident Evil’s official social media channels. Nakanishi thanked fans for the success of Resident Evil Requiem and noted the recent release of a patch that addressed various bug fixes. Capcom also has plans for Resident Evil Village (RE9), with director Akifumi Nakanishi announcing a story expansion for that game. Separately, Koshi Nakanishi revealed that a new DLC is in development for Resident Evil: Re:Verse, though a release date has not yet been announced. This expansion appears to explore Alyssa Ashcroft’s story prior to the events of Re:Verse. Koshi Nakanishi further displayed a paper in the video confirming that a story expansion for Resident Evil: Requiem is also in development. He promised deeper immersion into the game’s world, with a new plot continuing the story from where the main campaign concluded.

Nakanishi also announced the addition of a Photo Mode and a minigame, both slated for release in May.
