On March 7th, on the eve of International Women's Day, Fluxo W7m will present a special edition of Na Mira Delas, a live podcast promoting conversations about female protagonism within the gamer, creative, and audiovisual realms. This event is part of Fluxo W7m's broader efforts to increase the visibility and value of women in the video game and entertainment industry. Na Mira Delas aims to bring together current and aspiring women in gaming, creative fields, and audiovisual production to share experiences, discuss challenges, and highlight career paths that are often overlooked. Conceived by Tris Mara, the project seeks to become a consistent source of dialogue and inspiration, encouraging more women to enter the industry and strengthen the female presence within the gamer ecosystem.

According to Tris Mara, Na Mira Delas aims to be more than just a program; it is intended as a movement that "generates momentum, builds space, gives visibility, opens conversations, and values trajectories," primarily by fostering opportunities and investment in the female gaming community. Mara states the project will "give a stage to those who have always played on mute," emphasizing that expanding female visibility means recognizing current leaders and creating pathways for those still seeking their place. The initiative reinforces Fluxo W7m's commitment to fostering relevant discussions and supporting projects that broaden diversity and representation within the gaming scene. The Na Mira Delas event will take place on March 7, 2026, from 15:00 to 17:00 at Rua Barbalha, 417, Lapa, São Paulo, SP, 05083020. Fluxo W7m's Na Mira Delas is a live podcast special promoting conversations about female protagonism in gaming, creative fields, and audiovisual production. The initiative aims to bring together women who are active or aspire to be active in these markets, fostering the sharing of experiences, discussion of challenges, and expansion of visibility for underrepresented career paths. The project seeks to establish itself as a continuous source of dialogue and inspiration, with Tris Mara's vision to encourage more women to occupy spaces in the industry and strengthen the female presence in the gamer ecosystem. According to a report by Ampere Analysis, the global gaming world is missing out on approximately 93 million potential female gamers. Women constitute nearly half (48%) of the global gaming community across 21 key markets, representing around 922 million players worldwide. Projections estimate that the number of female gamers in the U.S. will reach 98 million by the end of 2026. Currently, just over half (57%) of American women actively play games. The report identifies an off-putting gaming culture, toxic online communities, and a lack of tailored content as primary factors preventing more women from participating.
