Stray Leads November’s PlayStation Plus Essentials Lineup – More Titles Revealed Wednesday

According to Billbilkun, Stray, the popular indie title from 2022, will headline November’s PlayStation Plus Essentials lineup. While Billbilkun’s leaks have proven accurate in the past, the other two titles in the lineup have not been announced. The full lineup will be revealed on Wednesday, and the games will be available on November 4. In Stray, players control a cat separated from its family and lost in a deserted city populated by robots and hostile creatures called Zurks. The game tasks players with navigating the city’s neon-lit streets, evading enemies, and solving puzzles using feline agility. Along the way, the cat meets B-12, a drone who can hack technology, translate robot speech, and help uncover a long-forgotten mystery. The ultimate goal is to escape the city and return home. Stray, initially released for the PlayStation 5, was lauded for its unique art style, immersive cyberpunk atmosphere, and innovative gameplay mechanics, earning a score of 83 on Metacritic.
