During the February State of Play event, Marvel and Arc System Works officially announced that Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls will launch on August 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC. Preorders began on February 19, 2026, and several editions are available. A new trailer unveiled the Unbreakable X-Men as part of the Marvel Tokon lineup. Storm leads this team, which includes Magik, Wolverine, and Danger—the Danger Room’s sentient AI in physical form. Mara Junot, Jesse Vilinsky, Steve Blum, and Judy Alice Lee voice these characters, respectively. The game features an Episode Mode that blends American comic and Japanese manga styles for a unique storytelling experience. It includes full voice acting in ten languages, 3D spatial audio support on PS5, and interactive storytelling using the PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless controller. The game uses motion comics with French dubbing instead of traditional cutscenes. Gameplay highlights each character’s unique abilities. Wolverine utilizes tank-like moves and stabs enemies with his armored adamantium claws. Magik employs her self-made Soulsword and teleportation skills. Storm freely unleashes wind and lightning. The available editions and preorder bonuses include: Standard Edition (\$69.99): Includes exclusive lobby items: the Infinity Gauntlet, Baby Groot, and Cosmic Surfboard.

Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls – Deluxe & Ultimate Editions Unveiled for August 2026 Release

Digital Deluxe Edition (\$94.99): Includes the Year 1 Characters Stage Pass (4 characters and 1 post-launch arena), plus Howard the Duck and Cosmo as pets. Ultimate Edition (\$109.99): Includes all Digital Deluxe content, five special costumes (Storm Punk, Captain America Classic, Iron Man Classic, Dr. Doom Supreme, and Spiderman Advanced Suit 2.0), and a chromatic unlock for all launch characters. Note that some costumes will only be available until August 5, 2027.
