Star Wars: Galactic Racer – Experience Thrilling Podracing and More in the Galactic League

Fuse Games is developing Star Wars: Galactic Racer, a new racing game inspired by Star Wars Episode I: Racer, featuring the thrill of podracing and a variety of other vehicles. According to Fuse Games CEO and cofounder Matt Webster, podracers are central to capturing the spirit of the original. He told GamesRadar, "It wouldn't feel right making a Star Wars racing game without podracing... We want players to feel like ace pilots in the Galactic League, and podracers are where it's at for speed and adrenaline." Players can also look forward to piloting a range of familiar and new vehicles across single-player and multiplayer modes. As Webster stated, "We wanted more, so we’re letting players drive vehicles they know and love, plus some new ones, with both singleplayer and multiplayer modes." Star Wars: Galactic Racer is slated to launch in 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
