Global Game Jam 2026 has revealed its theme. The announcement was made during the official livestream, which PlayersForLife shared on Sunday, January 25. The GGJ 2026, the world's largest game jam, will take place from January 26 to February 1. Brazil will host 30 venues, an increase from last year's 29 when the theme was "Bubbles." In 2024, Brazil hosted 34 venues. The Global Game Jam brings together people from around the world for a weekend of creative game development.
