According to an insider with a reliable history of Resident Evil leaks, Capcom will announce a remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica before the end of the year. The claim comes from the profile Dusk Golem on X, who stated there would be no Resident Evil 5 remake announcement this year, but instead, “a fresh take on Resident Evil: Code Veronica.” Dusk Golem’s comment came in response to a post by actress Eva La Dare, who played Sheva Alomar in Resident Evil 5.
