Razer Unveils Three Tiered BlackShark V3 Headsets with Premium Features

Razer has launched a new lineup of BlackShark V3 headsets, including the BlackShark V3 Pro, BlackShark V3, and BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed. These headsets are compatible with PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, iOS, and Android devices. Pricing begins at $119.99 for the BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed, $169.99 for the BlackShark V3, and $269.99 for the top-tier BlackShark V3 Pro. This new lineup aims to provide gamers with high-quality audio experiences, with all models available for purchase on the official Razer store. The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro and BlackShark V3 share several premium features, including their ergonomic, comfortable design and impressive 70-hour battery life. Both models incorporate Razer’s Gen 2 Triforce drivers, support THX Spatial Audio on Windows, and connect to two devices simultaneously. They also feature active noise cancellation, allowing users to focus on their game or environmental sounds. Key distinctions between these two models lie in their specific drivers, sound quality, and microphone. The BlackShark V3 Pro utilizes Gen 2 Triforce Titanium drivers and includes a removable, high-quality microphone, while the BlackShark V3 features Gen 2 Triforce Biocellulose drivers.

Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed – Lighter Weight, Longer Battery Life, without Gen 2 Triforce Drivers or THX Spatial Audio

In contrast, the Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed shares the lightweight design and extended battery life found in the V3. However, it does not include the advanced Gen 2 Triforce drivers of the higher-tier models, and consequently, it does not support THX Spatial Audio.
