A minor disappointment in November 2023 was the release of Goldorak Le Festin des Loups without the original Japanese voices. This wasn’t a significant issue for us seasoned players since the original version had not been broadcast at that time. However, for purists, playing Microids’ title with the vocal performances of Japanese voice actors holds importance. This is now a reality as we learned this morning; the Japanese dub has been completed and will be available upon the game’s release in Japan on April 18th, for both PS5 and PS4. There is a delay of several months compared to the French version, but it appears to reflect a desire to offer a polished game with minimal bugs and corrections to prevent issues from being noticed by Japanese rights holders. Additionally, it seems that French players will also have the opportunity to enjoy Yusuke Hoshino’s performance as Actarus/Duke Fleed.
