Hell Clock, a roguelike ARPG with a style reminiscent of Exile, is now available on Android. Developed by the Brazilian studio Rogue Snail, this dark fantasy adventure blends roguelike speed with ARPG depth, drawing inspiration from real events in Brazilian history. Players step into the role of Paicu, a soldier and former slave, battling specters from Brazil’s past, present, and future during the War of Canudos and the Paraguayan War in the late 19th century. The game invites players to “Rewrite History,” as each descent offers new opportunities to correct past wrongdoings. Players will discover unique blessing combinations to evolve their builds while confronting demons drawn from Brazil’s shadowy past, present, and future. Hell Clock allows players to “Fight at Their Own Pace.” Whether seeking a brutal test against historical oppressors or embarking on a reflective journey for justice, the game adapts to the player’s path. A Relaxed Mode removes time pressure, while a Hardcore Mode pushes players to their limits. The game features a full historical campaign across four acts, and players can further refine their builds in challenging endgame modes. This “Revenge Never Ends” experience pushes gear, abilities, and playstyle to the limit.

Originally released on PC in July 2025 to critical acclaim, Hell Clock later received its first major update, Cursed War, in July 2026. This update introduced a fourth act, new skills, gear, and additional endgame modes. The game is also available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The Android version includes both the base game and the Cursed War expansion. It can be purchased on the Google Play Store for R 45.00 or accessed for free by subscribers of Google Play Pass.
