Razer Atlas Pro: Ultra-Thin Glass Mouse Pad for €140!

Razer has introduced the Razer Atlas Pro, a new glass mouse pad distinguished by its exceptionally thin profile, earning it the title of the world's slimmest glass mouse pad. Measuring just 1.9mm in total thickness, it surpasses the typical 2mm threshold for such accessories. This innovative design integrates an ultrathin 1.1mm glass layer atop a rubber base. According to Charlie Bolton, Razer's head of design, the company aimed to push and improve the glass mouse pad category with this model. The slim construction is intended to create a sensation of the mouse being directly on the desk, promoting a more natural wrist posture and facilitating smoother movements. While not fundamentally altering the user experience, this design enhances comfort, especially for those who use their mouse for extended periods. The Razer Atlas Pro features a micro-etched texture and a protective coating designed for easy cleaning of smudges and fingerprints. Its surface achieves a 9H hardness rating on the Mohs scale, indicating significant scratch resistance. A sturdy, anti-slip rubber bottom ensures stability during use, and the mat is equipped with rounded edges for added comfort.

Razer Atlas Pro: Optimal Slim Glass Mouse Pad for FPS Gamers - $139.99

This mouse pad is optimized for optical sensors. For optimal performance and to minimize unnecessary wear, Razer recommends using the original mouse feet that came with a Razer mouse or compatible PTFE replacements. Extensive impact, scratch, and stress tests have confirmed the durability of the Razer Atlas Pro, despite its slim design. The Razer Atlas Pro offers a low-friction glide, a feature favored by players of first-person shooter (FPS) and aim-training games who prefer broad, precise movements. Its surface is micro-textured to ensure minimal grip, which helps prevent sensor issues. The mouse pad also boasts a generous 500 x 400 mm format with a non-slip surface across its entirety. The Razer Atlas Pro is priced at $139.99 and is now available. Razer also provides a dedicated care guide for the product.
