Stranger Things: Tales from '85 Animated Spinoff - Supernatural Adventures Await!
Netflix has released a new trailer for Stranger Things: Tales From '85, an animated spinoff series created by Matt and Ross Duffer. Bridging the gap between the second and third seasons of the original Stranger Things, this series takes viewers back to Hawkins for a new supernatural adventure starring Eleven, Mike, Will, Lucas, Dustin, and Max. The live-action series concludes in January 2025, setting the stage for this animated offshoot. Animated by Flying Bark Productions at the behest of the Duffers, Stranger Things: Tales From '85 captures the suspenseful spirit of its source material. The trailer previews some of the spooky new creatures the protagonists will encounter, including Upside Down Pumpkin Zombies and Minotaurs. One character, Nikki, confronts a chilling, shark-like creature in the snow—a clear homage to the 1975 film Jaws. Netflix has also released the official synopsis, artwork, and full voice cast list for the spinoff, which premieres exclusively on Netflix on March 26, 2026.
