Capcom Releases Art Hinting at Possible Dragon's Dogma 2 DLC for Its Second Anniversary

To celebrate the second anniversary of Dragon's Dogma 2, Capcom released artwork that has reignited fan speculation about a potential DLC. The art depicts various characters toasting the game's anniversary in a tavern and includes two details that have sparked intense speculation: a mysterious figure not yet seen in the game, and a scroll written in the Gransys alphabet. The scroll translates to: "Confirmed sightings of Griffins flying from the Northern Region of Organ." This marks the first mention of Organ within Dragon's Dogma 2. Further fueling speculation, a mysterious figure stands in the top left corner with his back turned, lit with a distinctive blue light, and sports a unique style of clothing and hair not found in the game. The artwork also shows the main character clutching their chest. Fans of Dragon's Dogma anticipate a DLC, especially since the first game had one, and believe that an expansion could introduce welcome adjustments such as greater enemy diversity and a harder difficulty mode. A northern region housing an ancient nation is alluded to in the lore of Dragon's Dogma 2, but not featured in the main adventure.
