Garena Announces Arrival of Reis do Bloco, First Map Created by Brazilians Inspired by Pelourinho

Introducing Reis do Bloco Map in Free Fire Creative Workshop - Carnival vibes meet Brazilian Culture from Feb. 5th to 28th

Garena has announced the addition of Reis do Bloco to its Creative Workshop from February 5th to 28th. This new map, set in Salvador’s Pelourinho neighborhood, captures the vibrant atmosphere of Carnival with its colorful design, architecture, and overall ambiance. In Reis do Bloco, teams of four compete in domination mode, battling to control the central area of the map and win three consecutive rounds. Players may also discover Easter eggs and references to Brazilian culture, such as portable toilets, lowered trucks, and street signs. Claro Gaming and Embratur support this initiative. Garena’s Brazilian team developed this map for Free Fire’s creative workshop, providing players with new ways to play while celebrating local culture. To participate, access the game mode guide and click the Creative Workshop button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Garena stated that the project has benefited from a partnership with Salvador City Hall. This partnership ensured an authentic representation of Bahian culture and helped showcase it to a global audience within Free Fire.
