Pokémon TCG: Ascended Heroes Banned from European International Championships

Ascended Heroes Cards Restricted at European Pokémon TCG Championships (February)

To ensure fairness at the European Championships (London, February 13th-15th), The Pokémon Company will prohibit the use of Ascended Heroes cards during the tournament. Although launching on January 30th, the full set of Ascended Heroes cards will not be available until the Elite Trainer Box release in March. This restriction prevents competitors from gaining an unfair advantage by acquiring the new cards before they are widely accessible. Ascended Heroes cards will become legal for official matches in March.
