Modder Unites PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch 2 into One Box

Unified Gaming Triad: XNZ's Nintendo PXBOX 5 Combines PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch 2

Chinese translator Xiao Ningzi, also known as XNZ, impressed enthusiasts with her Ningtendo PXBOX 5—a single console housing a PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox Series X. Inspired by Apple's Mac Pro "trash can" design, XNZ aimed to combine them into one unit. She disassembled each console, retained only the internal components, and created a unified power supply and cooling system. The build resulted in a triangular design with a fan at the bottom, similar to Microsoft's Xbox Series X. XNZ then integrated each motherboard with her custom cooling system to complete the 3-in-1 console. Utilizing 3D-printed heat sinks and Chinese lost-wax casting, she achieved a cost-effective and efficient design by using plastic for the casing. It is important to note that only one console can be active at a time, requiring button presses to switch between them. However, the unified system streamlines transporting and playing games across all three platforms.
