Epic Games Store: The Fifth Christmas Game Has Leaked, Rated 5/5 on Steam

Epic Games Store Holiday Calendar Leak Reveals 'Sorry We're Closed' Early

Every year, the Epic Games Store treats PC gamers to its Advent Calendar event, offering a free game each day for two weeks. This year began with Hogwarts Legacy, followed by several indie gems. While the biggest titles typically appear around Christmas and New Year's, the fifth free game—scheduled to be available before Christmas Day—has already generated significant buzz due to a leak a few hours ago. For the past four days, the store has provided a new free game each afternoon to anyone with an account or those willing to create one. Unlike previous years where repeat titles were offered, this year's selection has so far consisted of all new games. The fifth free game from the Epic Games Store has been revealed early: Sorry We're Closed will be available on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 5 PM.

Narrative Survival Horror 'Sorry We're Closed' - Epic Games Store Holiday Calendar Entry

The game is described as a narrative survival horror with old-school graphics. Players control Michelle, a young woman cursed by an archdemon, as she navigates between the real world and a demonic dimension. It features fixed camera angles, exploration, and varied combat. Sorry We're Closed, which has a rating of 55 on Steam, seems to be a hit with fans of classic horror games. Sorry We're Closed will be available until 5 PM on December 22, 2025. After that, a new, as-yet-unannounced game will take its place—presumably revealed by another leak. You can find a list of the expected seventeen free games from this year's EGS Advent Calendar in our other article, which is current up to 5 PM on December 22nd.
