The promotion began on December 11 at 6:00 AM PT / 9:00 AM ET / 2:00 PM GMT / 3:00 PM CET and runs until December 31st. High traffic at launch caused issues for many users. These included network errors, frozen pages, and error messages such as "no rewards available" or a missing rewards section on the NVIDIA website. While some players successfully claimed the item, others are still experiencing issues. To claim the Emerald Wave backpack: 1. Open the NVIDIA app on your PC. 2. Go to the Rewards section. 3. Select the ARC Raiders reward. 4. Follow the steps to redeem the code and permanently add the backpack to your account. The Electrician Backpack: Emerald Wave Variant is purely cosmetic and provides no in-game advantage. Once unlocked, the backpack remains in your account, even after participating in the Expedition Project (which wipes player profiles). No other free items are currently available in ARC Raiders.
