In anticipation of Avatar 3: Fire and Ashes, BNP Paribas will celebrate cinema for the fourth consecutive year with its CineCulte initiative, from December 8 to 12, 2025. This year's event honors James Cameron and offers a chance to experience his iconic films on the big screen. Countering the increasing popularity of streaming services, CineCulte 2025 aims to bring audiences back to theaters. BNP Paribas will offer 5,000 free tickets via the Welovecinema.bnpparibas platform to screenings in five French cities: Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, and Paris. Throughout the week, audiences can relive memorable moments from Cameron's filmography, including the Titanic crossing, the motorcycle chase from Terminator 2, space exploration in Aliens, and deep-sea adventures in The Abyss. The program provides a comprehensive overview of Cameron's work, highlighting his blend of action, science fiction, and emotion. The event culminates on Friday, December 12, with a special Avatar evening, featuring a marathon of the first two films in preparation for the release of Avatar 3: Fire and Ashes on December 17. The third Avatar film introduces a new Na'vi tribe called the People of Ashes and explores new landscapes of Pandora.
