The release date for Styx: Blades of Greed has been officially postponed to February 19, 2026. Initially planned for fall 2025, the game will now arrive in early 2026. Cyanide Studios is utilizing the extended development period to refine the game's systems, focusing on improving stealth and combat mechanics. The studio aims to enhance the game's overall polish and ensure a smoother player experience through a system overhaul and a focus on making stealth elements more fluid. Styx: Blades of Greed will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Nacon has announced a distribution date of March 19, 2026. The game will feature significantly more verticality in its level design, with larger, multi-level zones intended to leverage Styx's new abilities. For the first time in the series, Styx will possess a grappling hook for rapid traversal and a glider, enabling aerial approaches.
