Pikmin 4 Update Unveiled: New Pikmin Deco, Photo Mode, Difficulty Options!

Nintendo's focus extends beyond Mario and Zelda to include their beloved Pikmin franchise. The company has announced a free update for Pikmin 4, scheduled for release in November. This update introduces Pikmin Deco, a type of Pikmin previously featured in Pikmin Bloom, to the Switch. Beyond these visual enhancements, players will also gain access to a new photo mode, complete with tools for framing, filtering, bordering, and stamping images. To accommodate a range of player skill levels, Nintendo is adding two new difficulty options. The easier mode prevents creatures from becoming hostile until attacked, while the intense mode increases the number, speed, and aggression of enemies. Nintendo has not yet announced a specific release date for the update.
