Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Online Multiplayer Mode 'Fox Hunt' is Preparing

Fox Hunt Multiplayer Transforms Snake Eater Sequel, Launching October 30

Riding the success of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Konami has announced a sequel called Fox Hunt, scheduled to launch on October 30. The reveal occurred at the Metal Gear Production Hotline event during the Tokyo Game Show 2025. Fox Hunt will dramatically transform each game into a test of infiltration and strategy, requiring players to scavenge for weapons and gear on-site. Careful scavenging and loadout optimization will be key to survival. The update will introduce two distinct game modes: Capture and Survival, and Survival and Infiltration. In Capture and Survival, players will compete to secure the few remaining Kerotan frogs, demanding tactical gameplay and stealth. In Survival and Infiltration, constant pressure arises as control zones shrink over time. Players must use the ATCAMO system for instant camouflage and Naked Sense to detect nearby enemies and objects; one wrong move could reveal their location. Skillful decision making will be vital for success in either mode. Players should mark October 30 on their calendars to experience Fox Hunt when it becomes available for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
