Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Shadows Rumored for Nintendo Switch 2 with Game Key Card Distribution?
Ubisoft has not officially announced an Assassin's Creed Shadows version for the Nintendo Switch 2, though speculation about its release continues. Speculation about Assassin's Creed Shadows coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 intensified after reports indicated Star Wars Outlaws would also be released on the platform. However, months have passed without official confirmation from Ubisoft regarding Shadows. Despite the lack of an official statement, French retailer Auchan informed its customers that Assassin's Creed Shadows is indeed coming to Nintendo's next console, even sharing a cover image on ResetEra to support this information. Auchan's information further specified that the physical version of the game would be distributed as a Game Key Card, which activates a digital download rather than containing a physical cartridge. Ultimately, official confirmation from Ubisoft is still pending.
