Rayman's Remake & 4th Installment in Development – Pre-production for Rayman 4 Depends on Remake Success
Ubisoft celebrated Rayman's 30th anniversary by announcing future plans for the series, including confirmation of a new game in development. However, reports suggest that two distinct projects are underway. According to Insider Gaming, a reputable source for Ubisoft-related information, Ubisoft is developing a Rayman remake, currently slated for a late 2026 release. Ubisoft has not disclosed specific details about this project. Additionally, Tom Henderson's sources indicate that Ubisoft is also developing another game, tentatively titled Rayman 4. Its production, however, is contingent on the reception of the upcoming Rayman remake. Rayman 4 is currently in pre-production, with a tentative release date set for 2029 should the remake be well-received.
