Alien: Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition Expands to PlayStation 5 & PC on September 30, 2025
Survios is set to release the Evolved Edition of Alien: Rogue Incursion Part One on September 30, 2025. This new edition makes the survival horror game, previously a VR-exclusive title, playable on traditional screens without a headset, significantly enhancing its accessibility. It will be available for PlayStation 5 and PC. The Evolved Edition maintains the core survival horror experience of the Alien series while introducing several technical improvements. These include 60 frames per second performance, 3D audio, and the utilization of DualSense controller features such as haptic feedback and adaptive triggers on PlayStation 5. PC gamers will also benefit from enhanced graphics and performance optimizations. Existing owners of Alien: Rogue Incursion VR must purchase the Evolved Edition separately to access its updates. Survios confirmed to Wccftech that this is a distinct product, and the company currently plans no free updates or upgrade paths for current VR title owners. While Survios has not entirely ruled out a policy change before launch, no such plans are currently in place.
