Postponed Mindseye Update Focuses on Quality, Performance, and Community Enhancements (August & September)

Build A Rocket Boys has postponed updates for its title, Mindseye, due to delays related to extra content from Hitman. Currently, the studio is focusing on quality improvements for Mindseye. Mindseye launched on June 14. While its release was initially met with excitement and mystery, players soon voiced concerns about bugs, graphics issues, and performance problems. Following some team member departures, the development team has listened to player feedback and planned further improvements. The studio believes it has made significant progress across three updates, but it intends to continue polishing Mindseye. Build A Rocket Boys plans to release a fourth update in August. This update will focus on performance enhancements, bug fixes, concluding cutscenes, and easier access for PC players to user-generated content published on the official site. This aligns with the studio's strategy of delivering fewer but more substantial updates. Build A Rocket Boys also plans a subsequent update for Mindseye in September, which will bring additional performance improvements, gameplay refinements, and enhancements to core mechanics.
