PlayStation has announced that the PS5 version of Forza Horizon 5 will be released on April 29th. A new trailer has been posted on PlayStation’s YouTube channel, generating significant interest, given that Xbox’s strategy involves allowing its exclusives to flourish on other platforms, including direct competition. However, it is worth noting that the PS5 release of Forza Horizon 5 comes with a four-year delay compared to the Xbox and PC versions, meaning all post-launch content will be available upon release, such as over 900 vehicles, more than 40 thematic updates, two expansions, and additional features. It should also be mentioned that Panic Button is handling the porting process rather than Playground Games, which is currently focused on developing Fable, set for a 2026 release.
