Leaked Trailer of Canceled Spider-Man Live-Service Game Leaves Fans Disappointed

The rumors regarding a live-service multiplayer game based on the Spider-Man license by Insomniac Games were indeed accurate. The trailer for this cooperative multiplayer game has just been leaked, revealing that Sony Interactive Entertainment commissioned Insomniac Games to develop a multiplayer game featuring multiple Spider-Men and Women characters. Upon viewing the trailer, it is clear that the Sinister Six are the primary antagonists, and the three-dimensional portals seen in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 are integral to the gameplay. However, the game is unlikely to be released soon, given Sony’s recent hesitance towards producing Game As A Service titles and the poor reception of Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League. For now, enthusiasts can take comfort in these images and this video.
