Gears of War: E-Day remains one of the most anticipated games. Xbox and the development team have confirmed the prequel, exploring Emergence Day and the Locust Horde’s devastating emergence, will arrive in 2026. The initial announcement was made at the Xbox Games Showcase in June 2024, with a trailer that showcased the game’s graphics engine.
