Following the cancellation of its Black Panther game, Electronic Arts prompted questions about its future with licensed properties. However, EA continues to actively develop several Disney games. The publisher manages existing titles like Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes and Star Wars: The Old Republic, alongside announced projects such as Marvel’s Iron Man and Star Wars Jedi III. In an interview with Variety, Laura Miele, President of EA Entertainment, confirmed EA’s continued commitment to licensed Marvel and Disney projects, despite also prioritizing its own original titles. Miele stated that while the company has four announced games in progress, it also has additional unannounced projects underway, though she did not provide specific details.
