We missed a few weeks, so we’re catching up now, starting with data from the end of June and Week 26. This means you get several Top 5 lists to see how French gamers’ purchasing habits are evolving. For Week 29, which covers sales from July 17th to 23rd, Pikmin 4 makes a grand entrance at number one, with Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe right behind it. Final Fantasy XVI has dipped slightly to fourth place but is still holding strong in the top five, nearly two months after its release. The real surprise this week? Animal Crossing New Horizons making a triumphant return to the Top 5 after being absent for quite some time!
In the world of PC gaming for Week 29, The Sims 4: Life on the Ranch is still reigning supreme at the top of the charts! Over in second place, Jagged Alliance 3 has everyone talking due to its surprising success despite having no promotional push whatsoever. And rounding out the top three, Microsoft Flight Simulator continues to fly high and maintain its strong position with steady sales.
