Dragon Ball Z: Sparking Zero is set to significantly expand its already extensive roster with the upcoming Super LimitBreaking Neo DLC. This downloadable content will introduce 33 new characters, bringing the game’s total fighter count to over 200 since its initial release in October 2024. The new DLC not only bolsters the character selection but also adds a new solo mode, LimitBreaking Adventure. In this mode, players can select a character, enhance their stats, and unlock various benefits through progression. Several characters are making their debut in the Budokai Tenkaichi series with this DLC. The new roster includes members of Super Saiyan Bardock’s crew—Fasha, Tora, Borgos, and Shugesh—alongside King Vegeta, Pikkon, Cheelai, Jaco, and Spike the Devilman. Additional characters featured in the DLC, covering eras from the original Dragon Ball to Dragon Ball Super and GT, include Nam, Eighter, General Blue, Mercenary Tao, Grandpa Gohan, Demon King Piccolo, Goku (World Tournament), Tien (World Tournament), ChiChi, Ma Junior, Ma Junior (Giant), Salza, Zangya, Supreme Kai, Mighty Mask, Uub (Kid), Chilled, Hell Fighter 17, Vegeta (GT), Trunks (GT), Shell Fighter 17, Super 17, Nuova Shenron, and Champa. When excluding transformations, the DLC adds approximately 30 unique characters.
