Today, Sega officially launched Sonic Racing: Crossworlds on multiple platforms and announced details for its Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. The Sonic Racing: Crossworlds Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, which includes the complete game on a cartridge, is available in stores today for $69.99. The digital version will be available on December 4, 2025, while the physical release is scheduled for early 2026. On the Nintendo Switch 2, the game runs at 1080p in handheld mode and aims for 1440p when docked. For single-player or two-player mode, the frame rate is 60fps, dropping to 30fps in four-player split-screen. The Switch 2 version costs $64.99, but a $10 upgrade option is available for owners of the original Switch version, including save data and paid content transfer. A discounted $5 upgrade pack is available for one week, from December 4-11. Crossworlds is now available both physically and digitally for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Model OLED, Nintendo Switch Lite, and Nintendo Switch 2.

The $5.99 Mega Man Pack DLC is available now, featuring Mega Man and Proto Man as playable characters, the Rush Roadstar vehicle, the Mega Man Wily Castle Course, six new emotes per character, and three music tracks: Wily Castle, Mega Man Character Select, and Mega Man: Result. The Mega Man Pack is also included in the Season Pass. New characters will be released in future updates, including Red from Angry Birds in April 2026 and Arle from Puyo Puyo in May 2026. Goro Majima (Captain Majima) will also be released in April. The Season Pass includes collaborative content from Minecraft, SpongeBob SquarePants, PAC-MAN, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Avatar Legends.
