Limited-Edition Gold DualSense for 007 First Light – Immersive Gaming Experience

To coincide with the May 27 release of 007 First Light, Sony Interactive Entertainment has partnered with IO Interactive to release a limited-edition PS5 DualSense controller in the game’s colors. According to the PlayStation Blog, the controller features a golden design and patterns resembling elements from James Bond films. These include lines radiating from the center to the wrists and a 007 logo on the touchpad. The design incorporates subtle barrel details, a nod to the franchise’s famous opening sequence. Rasmus Poulsen, Franchise Art Director for 007 First Light, notes that the controller’s adaptive triggers offer precise responsiveness during gunfights, while haptic feedback immerses players in the game’s explosive scenes. The limited-edition controller will retail for $84.99, and preorders open on April 17 at Direct.playstation.com. In 007 First Light, players portray a young James Bond as he challenges the existing power structure. This special controller aims to enhance that experience.
