Big Brother Brasil 26 Surpasses Voting Numbers of Season 24 and Averages Higher IBOPE Ratings in Greater Sao Paulo

Big Brother Brasil (BBB) 26 is generating strong engagement, surpassing the previous season’s voting numbers. During the eviction round between Juliano Floss, Jonas Sulzbach, and Gabriela Saporito, BBB 26 drew 335 million votes, exceeding the 259 million votes cast in BBB 24’s final between Isabelle Nogueira, Matteus Amaral, and Davi Britto. According to Joao Biott, BBB 26, hosted by Tadeu Schmidt, is also performing well in IBOPE ratings in Greater Sao Paulo. Over its first eleven weeks on air, the show has averaged 16.7 IBOPE points, a 0.7 point increase over BBB 25’s 16.0 points during the same period. However, the current season’s IBOPE performance has not yet reached the levels of BBB 24, which averaged 20.2 points—17.3 points higher than BBB 26.
