Get ready to expand your collection! The Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) expansion Mega Evolution: Perfect Order is now fully available after its prerelease on March 14th, introducing 124 new cards to enhance your decks. Mirroring the Japanese expansion Nullifying Zero, Mega Evolution: Perfect Order also adds exciting new Secret Rare cards. Thirty-six of the 124 cards are available as full art versions. This expansion features over 25 new Trainer cards and more than 30 Pokémon and Trainer cards with special illustrations. Key cards include Mega Zygarde ex (the Legendary Pokémon protecting Lumiose City), Mega Clefable ex, Mega Starmie ex, and Meowth ex. A new stadium representing Lumiose City allows players to easily move basic Pokémon to their bench. Mega Evolution: Perfect Order officially launches on March 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT. Two new Battle Pass decks will also debut with the expansion, and Professor Fir has developed a new Learning Lab lesson for the Mega Zygarde ex deck.

The expansion introduces the new H, I, and J Standard format rotation. Eight new starter decks are available for this newly rotated format, so it’s time to update your deck! Keep an eye on social media for passcodes to redeem free booster packs. Celebrating the first anniversary of Pokémon TCG Live’s Trainer Trials, the Gym Leader Challenge format returns. In addition to new boosters, look for Elite Trainer Boxes and Build & Battle Boxes, each containing four Mega Evolution: Perfect Order boosters. The Build & Battle Boxes include a ready-to-play 40-card deck featuring cards from previous expansions, as well as new additions like Serperior, Shaymin, Barbaracle, Landorus, Tyrantrum, and Doublade. With the launch of Mega Evolution: Perfect Order on March 26, 2026, Mega Evolution Pokémon ex such as Mega Zygarde ex and Mega Clefable ex join the Pokémon TCG. Players will receive a Mega Zygarde ex deck upon logging in after launch and can unlock a Decidueye ex deck through gameplay. The Gym Leader Challenge format also returns to Trainer Trials in Pokémon TCG Live for its first-anniversary celebration.
