Warner Bros. Games has announced that LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will now be released on May 22, 2026, a week earlier than the initially announced date of May 29. Warner Bros. Games shared this news alongside a new trailer for the game. Preordering LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight grants early access to the Deluxe edition on May 19 and includes The Dark Knight Returns Batsuit. The game will be available in Standard and Deluxe editions. The Deluxe edition includes the Legacy Collection, featuring the Arkham Trilogy Pack, Batman Beyond Pack, and Party Music Pack. Deluxe edition owners will also receive the Sinister pack. In September 2026, a DLC pack called the Mayhem Collection will be released, adding Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters, a new story mission, and a Mayhem mode. The game will launch on May 22, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. Preorders are available now. The Nintendo Switch 2 version is still scheduled for release in 2026, though the May 22 launch date applies only to other platforms.
