Konami, in collaboration with Milan Records and Sony Music Masterworks, has released “Back to the Sea,” the first single from the original game soundtrack of Darwin’s Paradox. Composed and produced by French music producer Franck Lascombe, founder of indiepop band Flypop, “Back to the Sea” features a music video by ZDT Studio, the developers of Darwin’s Paradox. The video combines in-game visuals with original animation, showcasing Darwin the Octopus and the game’s distinctive art style. Konami released the single on March 13, 2026, on digital platforms. The music video is also available to watch online. The complete soundtrack will be released by Milan Records on April 3. Darwin’s Paradox is scheduled to launch on April 2 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Epic Games Store, and Steam. This action-adventure title casts players as Darwin, an octopus transported far from his ocean home, who must explore a bizarre and unfamiliar world. Players will navigate treacherous environments, overcome enemies, and utilize Darwin’s unique abilities in his quest to return to the sea.
