Deep Dish Dungeon, the Brazilian indie game developed by Active Fungus Studios and published by PlayWay S.A., reached 200 million wishlists on Steam on January 26, according to PlayersForLife of Games, citing sources close to Behold Studios. This milestone highlights the anticipation for the game, which was showcased at the Awesome Indies show at Gamescom 2025 in Germany, as PlayersForLife previously reported. Today, the demo for Deep Dish Dungeon releases on Steam at noon. In this survival and exploration game, players navigate a puzzle-filled dungeon in solo mode or online cooperative multiplayer. The dungeon is built with construction elements and incorporates a Metroidvania style. The game, which falls under the RPG and Simulation genres, challenges players to unravel the mysteries of the depths. The full game is scheduled for release on February 19, 2026.

Active Fungus Studios developed Deep Dish Dungeon and is publishing it via PlayWay S.A. Behold Studios, founded in 2009 by Saulo Camarotti in Brasilia, Brazil, before moving to Toronto, Canada, in 2019, is another independent game studio known for titles such as Knights of Pen & Paper, which won an IGF award in 2013, and the Chroma Squad Super Sentai manager game.
