New Tomb Raider Series Unveils Sophie Turner’s Lara Croft – Prime Video Leaks First Images

On Thursday, Prime Video released the first image of Sophie Turner as Lara Croft in the upcoming Tomb Raider series, which follows the adventures of the archaeologist. Turner, known for her role in Game of Thrones, will portray the heroine, a role previously played by Angelina Jolie and Alicia Vikander in films. The cast also includes Sigourney Weaver and Jason Isaacs, among others. The series was created and written by Phoebe Wallerbridge (Fleabag) and Chad Hodge (Wayward Pines). Production is currently underway, but Amazon has not yet announced a release date. The streaming service’s leaked images reveal Turner wearing a turquoise tank top, black shorts, and red-tinted sunglasses, along with Lara Croft’s signature braid, fingerless gloves, utility belt, and gun.
