By November 10, the game had sold over 12 million copies globally, double the previously reported figure. According to a press release from Nexon, just ten weeks after its release in January, the game reached 960,000 concurrent players. “We were already very pleased with the October launch,” said Nexon President and CEO Junghun Lee, “but achieving over 12.4 million units sold and setting a record with 960,000 simultaneous users in January demonstrates Arc Raiders’ potential to become yet another pillar of Nexon’s successful franchise portfolio.”
