Digimon Story Time Stranger’s January 2026 Gakuran DLC Introduces New Mega Digimons and Hiroko Sagisaka Mission Line

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. and Media.vision Inc. will release the second DLC for Digimon Story Time Stranger in January 2026. The RPG, based on the globally popular Digimon franchise, recently surpassed one million units sold. The expansion, Episode and Digimon Addon Pack 2: Gakuran, introduces new digivolution paths for Mega Digimons, including Bancholillymon, Banchostingmon, Banchogolemon, and Banchomamemon. It also features a special mission line centered on Hiroko Sagisaka. Bandai Namco has not yet announced an English title for the DLC. The first DLC for Digimon Story Time Stranger is scheduled for release on December 8, 2025. An update for the Season Pass and all DLCs for the game was released on December 22, 2025. Cat with Monocle gave Digimon Story Time Stranger a 4.5 out of 5 rating. Owners of the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions will receive the Gakuran DLC for free; others can purchase it separately or through the game’s Season Pass. Currently available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, the base game is required to access season pass content. Visit the official site for additional details.
