Anno 1800: Pax Romana Year 1 Pass – New Character, Epic Campaign, and Unexplored Provinces

Ubisoft has released a new trailer and information for Anno 1800: Pax Romana’s Year 1 Pass, offering a glimpse into the campaign and the content players can expect. For the first time in an Anno title, players can select their character. The campaign introduces Marcus, a young man unexpectedly appointed Roman governor who doubts his own capabilities. This position presents an opportunity for him to prove himself by making difficult decisions. Once in power, he must grapple with the true meaning of Roman identity and the cost of maintaining peace. Players will construct the largest monument ever seen in Anno, inspired by Rome’s Circus Maximus. This allows them to host thrilling chariot races, entertain their citizens, boost their city’s prestige, and attract elite specialists from across the empire. Further expanding the experience, DLC 3, “The Awakening of Delta,” introduces a new province characterized by vast deserts, a mighty river, unknown gods, and an unexplored culture. Here, players will establish Roman rule on a distant frontier, further spreading civilization. The Year 1 Pass for Anno 1800: Pax Romana is included in the Gold Edition or can be purchased separately.
