On the standard PlayStation 5, Silent Hill f performs well and delivers sharp visuals. The PS5 Pro experience, however, presents some notable drawbacks. Unreal Engine 5 powers the game, leveraging advanced features such as Lumen for lighting, Nanite for geometry, and virtual shadow maps to soften shadows. This technology suite crafts highly detailed environments and intricate lighting and fog effects, effectively capturing the beloved 1950s Japan aesthetic.
