The game’s first DLC, “Isle of DK” and “Emerald Race,” introduces new zones and surprises. To commemorate this release, Nintendo is running a special campaign for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers. This promotion allows members to acquire exclusive icons, frames, and backgrounds by exchanging Platinum Points. Character icons are available for 10 Platinum Points each, while themed frames and backgrounds cost 5 Platinum Points apiece. These items can be used to personalize user profiles.
