World of Warships: Legends, developed and published by Wargaming, is launching a substantial 6th-anniversary update on August 11th. This celebration introduces new premium ships, a comprehensive campaign, a special collaboration, and significant technical enhancements. Anniversary Campaign and Rewards The update features the game’s first major campaign, the “Global Party Campaign,” accessible via free Admiralty. Players can progress through 100 milestones to earn various rewards. Upon completion, players choose between two Tier VIII premium ships: the Japanese destroyer Minegumo or the Pan-European battleship Niord. Players can purchase the unchosen ship with doubloons once the campaign concludes. Beyond the campaign, players can participate in a special project to earn “Pinatas,” a unique anniversary currency. Players can exchange these Pinatas for anniversary-themed items and additional premium ships, including the Pan-Asian Cruiser Irian (Tier VII) and the British Cruiser Dido (Tier V). World of Warships: Legends – 6th Anniversary Update Introduces New Ships & Enhancements

From August 11th to September 8th, the game introduces new content from the Blue Archive collaboration. Three new ships join the fleet: the French Premium Cruiser Ba Utnapishtim’s Ship (Tier VIII), the Italian Premium Destroyer Ba Binah (Tier VI), and the Soviet Premium Destroyer Ba Hovercraft (Tier VII). Additionally, three new commanders—Hayase Yuuka, Konuri Maki, and Kosaka Wakamo—arrive, each featuring unique voiceovers. Players will find this new content, along with existing Blue Archive items, in the in-game shop and through Blue Archive II containers. New Ship Additions and Enhancements The anniversary update also introduces two additional premium cruisers to the fleet, separate from the campaign and collaboration vessels. The update includes various quality-of-life improvements for players. For PlayStation 5 users, the game now supports 4K graphics at 60 frames per second, and the PlayStation 5 Pro offers ray tracing capabilities. This extensive anniversary update aims to enhance the World of Warships: Legends experience with a wealth of new content and technical upgrades.
