The game is a vibrant tribute to classic 2D action games and the most renowned ninja video game character from SEGA. Scheduled for August 29, 2025, it will be available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The title plunges players into an exhilarating adventure with Joe Musashi, a master ninja seeking vengeance following the destruction of his village and the petrification of his clan members. The latest trailer showcases Neo City, a cyberpunk metropolis illuminated by neon lights, providing an ideal setting for blending combat and platforming sequences. In this environment, Joe Musashi moves gracefully, executing aerial evasions, precise strikes, and Batman-esque grappling hook maneuvers.
The Neo City video does not introduce significant new information compared to the Ninja Village one; however, it confirms that over a dozen levels will be available, spanning environments from deserts to military bases, including bamboo forests.
