Double Dragon Revive: A Pixelated 16-bit Dodgeball Mini-Game

It remains unclear whether Double Dragon Revive’s artistic direction will be revised before its release on October 23rd. However, one certainty is that the game will pay homage to the 80s/90s and the 16-bit era via a bonus mini-game that deserves attention. This bonus game mode is titled Double Dragon Dodgeball. To access it, players must pre-order the game, regardless of platform. Double Dragon Dodgeball revisits the concept of prisoner’s ball but with Double Dragon licensed characters in pixelated form. The bonus game includes several modes: a single-player Story mode where the objective is to save Marian, and various Multiplayer modes, including 1v1 matches and a Survival mode playable by up to four players. Here is its official trailer.
