Terrifier Video Game Arriving in 2025, It’s Gory and Pixel Art, First Video Released

As “Terrifier 3” achieves success in cinemas, a video game is being prepared for release on PC and consoles in 2025. The title of this upcoming game is “Terrifier: The ARTcade Game,” which positions itself as a classic beat ’em up, drawing inspiration from retro arcade games. Produced by SelectaVisión and published by Selecta Play, the game is developed by Relevo, known for their pixel-art games with an intentionally cartoonish style. It will support cooperative multiplayer for up to four players, featuring various weapons such as chainsaws, spiked maces, sharp knives, and more. Each level will include a variety of enemies to defeat, along with a boss encounter that increases the difficulty. Six different game modes are planned, promising diverse gameplay experiences. Additionally, the chiptune soundtrack is designed to evoke the golden age of 80s and 90s arcade games, capturing the chaotic retro atmosphere of past eras.
